FAQ - Frequently Asked Question
Pre-Conference sessions will be LIVE on Zoom.
The Two-Day In-Person Conference will be held at the Kellogg Center in East Lansing, Michigan.
The Virtual Livestream option will offer online viewing of a specific series of sessions throughout the two day conference.

A: The sessions will be presented live and will not be recorded for later viewing.
Q: Can teachers receive state continuing education credit hours (SCECH)?
A: Yes. Teachers licensed in Michigan can fill out documentation on the day of the event to receive up to 21 SCECHs.
Q: Can I attend just the Pre-Conference or just the In-Person Conference?
A: You have a lot of options! You can attend one or both of Pre-Conference Sessions online. You can attend the Two Day In-Person Conference or join the Virtual Livestream option during the two day conference. Note that not all sessions will be available remotely.
Q: What does the Virtual Livestream option look like?
A: One room at the Kellogg Center will be dedicated to the Virtual Livestream. Presenters will deliver content via Zoom, and participants can join via Zoom or be in person at the Kellogg Center, depending on their registration. There will be one session available online during each time slot.
Q: Will there be ASHA CEUs provided?
A: No. Participants interested in tracking these continuing education hours for their speech-language pathology certification will be provided with a 'verification of attendance' form. This allows you to self-report these hours. They can count towards your three-year continuing education requirement, but they cannot be tracked through ASHA.
