FAQ - Frequently Asked Question
Preconference Sessions will be LIVE on Zoom.
The main conference will be in person. The Online Select option will offer online viewing of a specific series of sessions throughout the 2 day conference.

-Q: Will online sessions be recorded for later viewing?
A: The sessions will be presented live and will not be recorded for later viewing.
Q: Can teachers receive state continuing education credit hours (SCECH)?
A: Yes. Teachers licensed in Michigan can fill out documentation on the day of the event to receive up to 21 SCECHs.
Q: Can I attend just the Preconference or just the Conference?
A: You have a lot of options! You can attend one or both Preconference Sessions online. You can attend the Conference in-person or join into the Online Select Conference remotely. Note that not all sessions will be available remotely.
Q: What does the Online Select Conference look like?
A: One room at the Kellogg Center will be dedicated to the Online Select Conference. Presenters will deliver content via Zoom, and participants can join via Zoom or be in person at the Kellogg Center, depending on their registration. There will be one session available online during each time slot.
Q: Will there be ASHA CEUs provided?
A: No. Participants interested in tracking these continuing education hours for their speech-language pathology certification will be provided with a 'verification of attendance' form. This allows you to self-report these hours. They can count towards your three-year continuing education requirement, but they cannot be tracked through ASHA.
