Vendor Participation at #TalkingAAC 2025

We are excited to offer opportunities for vendors to share their expertise as well as their exceptional products with conference participants! If you represent a company related to augmentative and alternative communication, consider joining us for #TalkingAAC 2025, November 6&7 at the Kellogg Center Hotel and Conference Center in East Lansing Michigan. There are several ways to get involved.

Join our Vendor Hall to showcase your products and connect directly with attendees.
Sponsor a snack break or networking event to increase your visibility while supporting meaningful engagement.
Present a conference session to share your expertise with professionals, families, and AAC users.
Provide scholarships to help AAC users and/or families attend the conference and access valuable learning opportunities.

Apply to Participate as a Vendor

Join our Vendor Hall!

Reserve a 6 foot table for your company or organization in the vendor hall for the entirety of the 2 day conference for just $500. This fee also allows up to two people from your team to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and parking.

Vendors may choose to add additional participation options including:

$100 for each additional representative (beyond 2)
$100 for each representative who wants access to SCHED to build a schedule, attend sessions, and access handouts/ resources

Please note that vendor space is limited and space will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Please respond with your interest soon, as tables are limited.
